While creating this card, I really wanted to play on how similar the imagery COULD BE between the 6 of wands to the 7, but how to make it different. Both cards feature one wand standing apart, but in one it is celebratory, and in the second (the 7) the tables have turned. I love this card because it alludes to the transition. The laurel crown reminds you that for now, the wands are raised in affirmation, however, it is easy to imagine those same arms raised in protest.
